Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging My Blueprint Co. for any services. By using our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Who We Are

My Blueprint Co. (Blueprint Local LLC) is a local marketing and web services company based in Sarasota, Florida. We provide website builds, local SEO services, site care, and monthly support plans to Sarasota service businesses and their surrounding communities. 3. Services

My Blueprint Co. offers the following categories of services:

Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for any engagement are defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice. These Terms of Service apply to all service relationships unless otherwise superseded by a separate written contract.

4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless net payment terms have been agreed upon in writing in advance. Recurring monthly services are billed on a monthly cycle as specified in your agreement. Work outside the defined scope of an engagement will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $75/hr. Any beyond-scope work will be quoted in writing and approved by the client before work begins. Late payments may result in a pause in services at our discretion.

5. Website Builds

Our standard website build is a one-time flat fee of $2,500. This includes a five-page website build. The first year of site care and hosting is included with every new website build. After the first year, site care and hosting renews at the standard annual rate described in Section 6.

A website build may be included or waived with a six-month monthly support commitment only when that arrangement is explicitly written into the agreement. Website builds are non-refundable once work begins. Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

6. Site Care and Hosting

Following the first year included with a website build, site care and hosting renews at $300 per year. This includes WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates; basic security monitoring; and hosting management through SiteGround. Additional maintenance work beyond routine care is billed separately at the hourly rate or as quoted.

7. Monthly Support Plans

We offer two monthly support plans:

All monthly support plans are month-to-month unless a different term is explicitly agreed upon in writing. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice as outlined in Section 12. The specific deliverables included in each plan are detailed in your service agreement or proposal.

8. Ads Management

Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Local Service Ads, or similar) is quoted and billed separately. Ads management is not included in any standard monthly support plan unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Ad spend (the budget paid to the advertising platform) is separate from and in addition to management fees and is the responsibility of the client.

9. No Guarantees

My Blueprint Co. does not guarantee specific search rankings, AI assistant citations or recommendations, call volume, lead volume, revenue outcomes, or any specific results from Google Business Profile. Local SEO and online marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions. We make no representations or warranties regarding timelines for specific outcomes.

What My Blueprint Co. is responsible for: delivering the specific, agreed-upon work items written into your engagement, including website builds, audits, content updates, reporting, review replies, profile management, or other deliverables explicitly stated in your agreement. Our commitment is to do the work with professionalism and care.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts, credentials, and platforms (website, Google Business Profile, hosting, etc.) needed to deliver services. Clients are also responsible for providing content, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access.

11. Domain, Content, and Access

Clients retain ownership of their domain name and any content they provide to us. My Blueprint Co. may require administrative access to your website, hosting, Google accounts, or other platforms to deliver services. This access is used solely for the purpose of delivering your services. Your website and its content are yours to keep at any time. Upon request at termination of services, we will assist in transferring access back to you or to a new provider.

12. Cancellation and Termination

Monthly support plans may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice sent to tino@myblueprintco.com. Services continue through the end of the notice period and no refunds are issued for partial months. Website builds are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits on any project are non-refundable. My Blueprint Co. reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms, with written notice provided where possible.

13. Intellectual Property

Custom work product created by My Blueprint Co. for a client (website design, written content, graphics) becomes the property of the client upon full payment for the work. My Blueprint Co. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests in writing that we not do so. My Blueprint Co. retains ownership of any internal frameworks, tools, processes, or templates used in delivering services.

14. Limitation of Liability

My Blueprint Co.’s liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to My Blueprint Co. in the 30 days preceding the claim. In no event shall My Blueprint Co. be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Florida Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or any service engagement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sarasota County, Florida. By engaging our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

16. Updates to These Terms

My Blueprint Co. may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email. Continued use of our services after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
